Apply for Membership

• Applicants must be sponsored into membership by a current Des Moines Embassy Club Member. If you do not have a Member sponsor, please contact our Membership Director Rose Mary Schira at [email protected]. 
• All sections of the application must be completed prior to submission. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• A one-time initiation fee of $1000 is required upon acceptance into membership. Reduced initiation fees are available for the Corporate categories below; please inquire.
• The main categories of membership are listed here:

  Resident Young	Age 21-29	$97.00
  Resident Intermediate	Age 30-39	$114.00
  Resident	Age 40-64	$132.00
  Resident Senior	Age 65+	$98.00
  Corporate 2	Two employees of the same organization apply for membership at the same time	$114.00 each
  Corporate 3	Three employees of the same organization apply for membership at the same time	$111.00 each
  Corporate 4	Four employees of the same organization apply for membership at the same time	$108.00 each
  Corporate 5	Five or more employees of the same organization apply for membership at the same time	$104.00 each

  
  
• Members may pay dues annually (January-December) if desired. A 5% discount will apply to annual dues payments, and dues for Members enrolling mid-year will be prorated.
  
• Completed applications may be submitted via email, mail, or hand-delivery.
