Parking
Downtown
With a dining reservation, Members may receive up to two hours of validated parking at any city parking garage. We recommend the 9th and Locust Garage. Present your parking ticket to the Club receptionist for validation. The Club does not validate non-Member parking.
After 5:00 pm, Members have access to temperature-controlled underground parking in the Ruan Center's garage. The entrance is on Grand Avenue between 6th and 7th Streets. Access is granted only to those with dinner reservations, and must call ahead to notify us of parking requests.

Ample free parking is available in the lots in front of the clubhouse.

Guest Payment
There are no extra charges for splitting checks or allowing a non-member to treat. Simply alert your server. Guests are welcome to pay by personal check, MasterCard or Visa. A 2% credit card fee applies.
Reciprocal Club Arrangements
Des Moines Embassy Club Members
To visit one of our more than 200 reciprocal Clubs, please contact Rose Mary Schira at r.m.schira@embassyclub.com with the Club you'd like to visit and your travel dates, and she will submit a letter of introduction via email on your behalf. Once the letter of introduction has been sent, you may contact your desired club to make arrangements for your visit. There is also a form on our Reciprocal Clubs page once you login to the member portal.
Guests from our partner clubs
We welcome guests from around the world to both of our locations: Downtown and West. Prior to making your arrangements with us, please contact your home club's membership director to request that they send ahead a letter of introduction via email to r.m.schira@embassyclub.com. The Des Moines Embassy Club does not bill back to your home club. We accept payment for meals and services via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
